The internal part of the work included the restoration of the original state on the wall elements that will remain visible for the rest of their existence. All painting finishes were completed via brush application as the heritage specification instructed for the building.
Residential work will be carried out in accordance with current standards The MBS team is conducting a painted renovation on 199 units. The team will check for any defects and will apply a combination of painting and texture coatings, to enhance each units appearance.
